Workspace planning
1) Needs analysis: clarification of your needs and expectations
We’ll work through a structured analysis of how you work now and how you want to work in the future, coupled with an understanding of the vision you have for your working environment. If necessary we’ll carry out a measured building survey*
2) Macro layout: general plan of space utilisation
Overall master plan for key areas: workstations, touch-down, archive, reception, meeting, break-out, technical, and management.
3) Micro layout: detailed room space plan
How each macro area can be maximised for space value, flexibility, and conformity to organisational culture. This might include such things as power and data management, security, options for utilising space for multiple tasks, and future-proofing.
Product selection and appraisal
We’ll deliver a detailed proposal for the most appropriate products for your needs, including finishes, surfaces, colours and materials. We can demonstrate the products locally where possible – sometimes even in your own office – or accompany you to view similar installations or showroom presentations.
Installation and project management
We’ll organise the delivery and installation of your chosen workplace solution and provide you with product induction and training as required. We’ll also be on hand for ongoing technical and maintenance issues, and for upgrading and enhancing your plan as required.
Office freshen up or complete fit-out
We can provide small or large scale office refurbishment, from simple and cost effective freshen up programmes to full scale fit-outs or re-fits.
